Built on Service. Trusted for Decades.

Harold Viles — Owner

New Creation Services is owned by Harold Viles, whose approach to the business is simple: do good work, treat people fairly, and take responsibility for the property entrusted to you. That mindset has shaped the company's work with commercial properties, communities, churches, schools, and facility managers for decades.

Facility managers and HOA boards hire New Creation Services when they want one vendor who can run a published janitorial and floor-care program and still show up for the drywall, lighting, fence, or entrance work that appears between meetings.

The company is Licensed and Insured. Team members receive extensive, ongoing training in product and equipment usage, safety, and customer relations. Trained supervisors oversee locations; location managers inspect.

Commercial facility experience includes large, high-traffic operations. If you need a reference for a similar building type, ask our team when you call.
