Daily through annual work for restrooms, offices, dining areas, and common spaces, including vinyl, quarry, terrazzo, and carpet programs.
Frequencies
Recurring visits and periodic specials are specified per room type.
Floor care
Disinfectant mop, strip, treat, and polish. Cafeteria and dining areas follow the same sanitation and floor-care standard as restrooms.
Vacuum and spot clean on the regular frequency. Shampoo on the scheduled special — offices, conference rooms, and lobbies.
Damp mop, buff, strip, and wax on the frequency written into the scope.
